Anyone making a booking must be over 18 at the time of the booking.
You can make a booking either by calling +358 5039 12010 or by sending an email to hannu.raitio@me.com.
There are 12 beds in the main building: three two-person rooms and one five-person room. In addition, there is one bed in Taimi’s room. In the other buildings there are 16 beds in total: one two-person room, one six-person room and one eight-person room.
Once you have sent the booking, you will receive confirmation of your reservation in your email or as text message on your mobile phone..
Some of the facilities are available for rent without inclusive overnight accommodation. These include the kitchen and dining facilities in the outbuilding, the lakeside sauna, smoke sauna and the hot tub with its surrounding patio area, the kitchen and Huugo’s and Taimi’s rooms downstairs in the main building.
All reservations begin at 4 pm and end on the day of departure at 2 pm.

Prices €
From the table below you can see the prices of the accommodation options together with value added tax. The rooms in the main building can be rented throughout the year, whereas accommodation in the outbuildings can be rented from May to the end of October. During Easter, Midsummer, Christmas and New Year, accommodation may be rented at a separately agreed price.

A cleaning fee of €150 per booking.
Rental of unheated lakeside sauna: €60/day, €90/weekend, €120/week
Rental of unheated outdoor hot tub: €40/day, €60/weekend, €85/week
Rental of outdoor spa pool: €85/day, €115/weekend, €100145/week
Rental of preheated smoke sauna: €250/rental
Extra charge for bringing a pet: €50/reservation
The rental charge does not include bed linen, which guests must bring for themselves. If needed, we can provide bedlinen (pillowcase, duvet case and bedsheet) for €20 per person as well as sauna towels for €8 per person.
Bicycles, fishing rods and a rowing boat with life jackets are provided free of charge for the use of guests.
Invoicing
The rental fee is charged by invoice, which is sent after your stay. Equipment rental can either be paid for with cash or the customer can request a separate invoice.
Customer cancellations
If a customer cancels their booking, the owner has the right to invoice for the cancellation as follows:
- Cancellation over 30 days before intended arrival: 50 % of rental fee
- If the customer cancels the booking less than four weeks before the start of the booking or fails to give any notification: 100% of rental fee
Responsibility for damages
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the holiday accommodation and its furnishings during their booking by either them, their guests or their pets, and they are obliged to compensate the owner for the damage. The customer must immediately notify the owner of any such damage. If no notification is given of damages which can be considered to have been caused during the customer’s booking, the customer will be invoiced after their booking for the expenses incurred as a result of the damage. The owners are not responsible for any damage caused to the customer’s personal property or possessions during their stay in the holiday accommodation.
